Youth Impact Forum 2025
“Empowering Global Changemakers”
The Youth Impact Forum 2025, organized by the Center for Global Dialogue and Leadership (CGDL), brought together over 60 youth leaders, professionals, activists, and students from 60 countries. Most participants joined as fully funded and partially funded delegates, creating a truly diverse gathering of voices united by a shared commitment to leadership, impact, and cultural exchange.

Orientation & Networking
The forum began with introductions and networking sessions, setting the stage for collaboration and friendship. Delegates participated in interactive icebreaker activities that encouraged cross-cultural exchange and helped break down barriers. The evening concluded with an informal networking mixer, where participants began building bonds that would last throughout the forum and beyond.

Ideas in Action
Keynote addresses and workshops featured senior government officials, media professionals, and influencers, including advisors to the Turkish Presidency and prominent broadcasters. The plenary session, “Global Minds in Conversation,” and a workshop on the ethical use of AI stood out as highlights. The day concluded with a city tour of Istanbul, where delegates experienced the city’s heritage and cuisine.

Youth Voices & Policy Innovation
Delegates shared powerful stories in the Youth Delegate Statements, exchanging experiences and best practices. A dynamic Policy Masterclass followed, equipping youth with the skills to engage in policymaking. In groups, participants developed mock policies on pressing global issues, followed by cultural workshops and performances celebrating diversity.

Closing & Farewell
The final day marked departures and heartfelt farewells, as participants carried home new friendships, knowledge, and memories.
